​Arena and grass hire
​

All visitors agree to pay in advance via the booking system

All bookings are made for each horse, not per hour.

Only 5 outside bookings are allowed per slot.

Placing a booking implies you have accepted the Terms and conditions.

All visitors agree to pick up droppings generated by their animals.

Washbrook Farm Ltd reserve the right to refuse entries on the premises.

Washbrook Farm Ltd reserve the right to refuse a voucher deemed too old.

Washbrook Farm Ltd reserve the right to close the facilities at short notice and cancel appointments. In that case, a refund will be issued to all cancelled appointments.

Any change in booking must be made 48 hours in advance to allow the slot to be re opened.

Any changes made after 48 hours will not receive a refund or credit.

All visitors use the facilities at their own risk and acknowledge the risk of injury relative to riding a horse.

Grass XC - Jumps that are flagged ready for an event are NOT to be jumped.

Hard hats to British Eventing standards must be worn at all times whilst mounted. It is recommended you wear a body protector.

All visitors agree to leave an emergency contact detail either though the online booking system.

Washbrook Farm Ltd will not accept liability for any loss or damage occurring to your belongings including your horse and vehicle.

The KBIS and Grass XC will still be open to onsite liveries.

Any accident must be reported to any member of staff present or failing that through phone call to 07854335542.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

People under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Any refund request must be made via email.

All visitors must park their vehicle on the hard standing area next to the arenas. Please avoid parking in front of farm machinery/equipment that could be present on the parking area.

Stable and hook up Hire

All stables must be booked through our online booking system.

Placing a booking implies you have accepted the Terms and conditions.

Any cancellation made more than 14 days prior to arrival date will get a full refund of stable money and deposit money.
-
Any cancellation made between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival will not receive return of the £10 deposit.
-
Any cancellation made later than 8 days will not get a refund of the stable money just the deposit money.
-
All horses stabling on ours premises must be up to date with their vaccination.
-
Washbrook Farm Ltd reserve the right to refuse a booking/evict a horse if the horse is not up to date with its vaccination or if the horse presents signs of illness that could compromise the health of the other horses on the premises.

The booking includes hours of arrival and departure, these must be respected as our stable barn is often busy and bookings might follow each other very closely.

The booking always include a stable number and you must occupy the stable you booked.

All visitors must bring their mucking out equipment and water bucket and bedding.

All stables must be mucked out before departure otherwise Washbrook Farm Ltd will not refund the £10 deposit and reserve the right to refuse your future booking.

The muck removed from the stables must be dumped in the muck trailers on the livery yard.

The muck must be forked up to facilitate everybody's work.

All visitors must park their lorry on the hard standing area next to the arenas. Please avoid parking in front of farm machinery/equipment that could be present on the parking area.

If you booked a hook up, please unsure that you have the necessary equipment to plug in your lorry.

'Camping' is not allowed on the yard

Washbrook Farm Ltd will not accept liability for any loss or damage occurring to your belongings including your horse and vehicle.

Any damage caused to the stables must be reported to the stable manager or any member of staff.

Any refund request must be made via email at astonlewalls.ec@gmail.com.
